Howl-O-Ween Party

Do you want to test out your and your pet’s matching Halloween Costume? Then make sure to mark your calendar for the annual UCSPCA Howl-O-Ween Party. There will be a chance to get your photo taken, enter a costume contest, refreshments, and don’t forget about the parade!
